Subprocessors
SAGEA uses a limited number of trusted third-party providers to deliver infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, communications, and payment processing services. These providers may process customer data solely for the purposes described below and under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

Notes on Data Processing
All AI model inference is performed on SAGEA-managed infrastructure. We do not route customer data through third-party AI service providers.
For customers using Helios (on-premise deployment), SAGEA has zero network access after deployment. These deployments do not utilize the subprocessors listed above.
SAGEA will notify customers of any material changes to this subprocessor list at least 30 days in advance via email and our status page.
